In-person notary public service is available during the following hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9:30am-12:30pm and 2:30pm-4:30pm

Wednesday: 11:00am-12:30pm and 2:30pm-4:30pm

What a Notary Can & Cannot Do

• New York Notaries cannot certify copies of documents.
• New York notaries cannot notarize photos.
• Notaries at PWPL do not have the specialized knowledge required to execute a protest and therefore will decline any requests to notarize a protest. Please contact your attorney or Bank Representative
• New York Notary’s can notarize a document in another language if the Notarial Certificate and document signature are in English.
• Under no circumstances can we perform a notarization if the signer and the notary cannot directly communicate with one another in English.

• Los notarios en PWPL no tienen el conocimiento especializado requerido para ejecutar una protesta y, por lo tanto, rechazarán cualquier solicitud de notarización de una protesta. Comuníquese con su abogado o representante bancario.

• Los notarios de Nueva York pueden notarizar un documento en otro idioma si el Certificado Notarial y la firma del documento están en inglés.
• Bajo ninguna circunstancia podemos realizar una notarización si el firmante y el notario no pueden comunicarse directamente entre sí en Inglés.
