Sushi Made Simple- A Vegetarian Workshop
This hands-on workshop led by Jo-Ann Tiranno will teach you how to make exotic vegetarian sushi and reverse rolls from sashimi, oshi, and nigari. You’ll also make dessert sushi and learn to select and purchase rice. In -person registration. Workshop fee: $5. Co-sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
