Sushi Made Simple

This hands-on workshop led by Chef Jo-Ann Tiranno will teach you how to make exotic vegetarian sushi and reverse rolls from sashimi, oshi, and nagari.  You’ll also make dessert sushi and learn to select and purchase rice.  Workshop fee $5.  Register here.
