Workshop Reminder!
Fondue, It's Hip to Dip Workshop for teens going into grades 7-12
Thursday, July 27th @ 7p.m.
Workshop tasting fee $5
This hands on workshop will have teens cook up a communal pot of pizza fondue and classic chocolate fondue for dessert. Teens will also learn proper fondue etiquette and fun folklore surrounding fondue.

Poison by Chris Wooding
When Poison leaves her home in the marshes of Gull to retrieve the infant sister who was snatched by the fairies, she and a group of unusual friends survive encounters with the inhabitants of various Realms, and Poison herself confronts a surprising destiny.
TeenSpace currently has oppenings for teens interested in participating in this year's Teen Summit which will be held on August 21 at the Long Island Children's Museum. Teens interested in discussing changes they would like to see in their library are encouraged to attend. Contact TeenSpace at 883-4400 x148 for registration information.
Sponsored by the Nassau Library System, this event will be held from 10am to 3pm. Registration begins at 9:30am.

Don't forget we are having our Manga Workshop this Thursday, July 20th at 7p.m.
Teens will have the opportunity to learn how to draw manga using basic lines and shapes then apply their new skills with professional ink to create their own story. In-person registration-space is limited. Workshop fee: $5.
Join our online book club and each day you will receive a 5-minute portion of a book sent directly to your email account. During the week you will be sent additional chapters to read and then decide if you want to check the book out of the library. A new book starts every Monday.
