Classes are Tuesdays at 9 a.m., and Thursdays at 9 a.m. (MAT) or 10 a.m. (CHAIR). The Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m. classes will be conducted by Adriana O’Ferrall. The 10 a.m. class on Thursday will be conducted by Linda Fuller.
