Get Ready, Get Set, READ!!! Summer Reading Program

July 8 through August 11. In-person registration begins July 8. Enhance your child’s reading experience and prevent the “summer slide!” Research has shown that public library summer reading programs have helped children maintain their reading skills during summer vacation. We invite children entering first through sixth grade to join our reading program. Participation is easy! Members keep track of the books they have read at home and visit anytime during library hours to play the Reading Club Game. Children who complete the program will receive a certificate, participation gift and an invitation to the Summer Reading Club Carnival on Friday, August 12.
