The FOL’s signature event, the 44th annual Richard D. Whittemore Book & Author Luncheon, will be held on Friday, May 17, at 11 a.m. at the North Hills Country Club in Manhasset. The Book & Author Luncheon will feature Pulitzer Prize finalist David Nasaw, author of “The Patriarch: The Remarkable Life and Turbulent Times of Joseph P. The FOL’s signature event, the 44th annual Richard D. Whittemore Book & Author Luncheon, will be held on Friday, May 17, at 11 a.m. at the North Hills Country Club in Manhasset. The Book & Author Luncheon will feature Pulitzer Prize finalist David Nasaw, author of “The Patriarch: The Remarkable Life and Turbulent Times of Joseph P. Kennedy,” and Will Schwalbe, author of New York Times bestseller “The End of Your Life Book Club.” Reservation brochures for the luncheon are available in the library and can also be printed from this link and mailed.  The cost is $65 per person.
