BARRYMORE FESTIVAL: Lionel Barrymore stars with Wallace Beery and Mickey Rooney in Clarence Brown’s Ah, Wilderness! (1935-100 min.), a look at family life in turn-of-the-twentieth-century New England. Screenwriters Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett adapted Eugene O’Neill’s play. After a brief intermission, Ethel Barrymore stars with Dana Andrews and Merle Oberon in John Cromwell’s Night Song (1947-102 min.), the story of socialite Cathy Mallory, who feigns blindness to win the trust of embittered, blind pianist and composer Dan Evans. Hoagy Carmichael and Artur Rubinstein co-star in this drama from screenwriters Frank Fenton, Dick Irving Hyland and DeWitt Bodeen. 1:30 p.m.
