AARP DRIVER EDUCATION: Registration begins February 7 for a class to take place on Saturday, March 17, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This 6-hour course is open to people over 50. Those who take this course may be eligible for a 10% discount on vehicle liability, personal injury protection and collision insurance premiums for 3 years, and a reduction of 4 points from their driving record. A check ($17 for members, $19 for non-members), payable to AARP, is due at registration. Available to Port Washington residents only.
